Are you looking for fun activities for you & your little one, a way to meet other parents and a good excuse to get out of the house? You're in the right place!
Mom League Playgroups are curated specifically for your child's stage of development with a curriculum designed by experts in Pediatric Occupational Therapy and Early Education. Our instructor-led Playgroups are for little ones ages 3 months to 3 years old. Playgroups offer opportunities to learn, play and socialize. Each week is themed to go along with the season and offers new activities, sensory exploration, seasonal crafts, gross and fine motor activities, singing, books, bubbles & more.
Our membership and package options provide flexibility to come to classes any day or time in your child’s age range! We also offer drop in classes and class packs to meet you your schedule, budget and socialization needs!

Classes are organized by your child's age & level of motor skills. We have classes for littles beginning at 3 months up through 3 years old (once your toddler turns 4, they have aged out). If class capacity is reached, class will not be bookable but you can join the waitlist and will be notified once a spot opens up.
Classes & Age Ranges:
Sensory Seekers Playgroups (3-8 mos): This class is tummy-time based and perfect for pre-crawlers who are working on rolling and sitting.
Little Movers Playgroups (6-15 mos): This class is for babies + young toddlers who are crawling, standing and/or walking.
Explorers Playgroups (12 months-3 years): This class is for curious toddlers who are standing, walking and beyond.
ML Music Class (3 mos-3 years): This class allows you and your little ones to sing, dance and explore with instruments.
All Ages & Combo Classes will always have age-appropriate activities for the age groups noted for the class. If your little one is between two classes (ex: 8 months old), they’re welcome to attend both the Sensory Seekers and Explorers playgroups. Choose the class that best fit your schedule

Every week at Playgroups is new and exciting! We have a range of activities that align with our weekly seasonal themes. Feel free to dress your kid up to match the theme — or don’t — as this is completely optional!
