  • Tiffani Santos, Pediatric Occupational Therapist

    CURRICULUM DEVELOPER

Tiffani is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist with a passion for helping children reach their full potential. She grew up in Pineville, North Carolina, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from UNC Greensboro and her Master's in Science in Occupational Therapy from Winston Salem State University.

After graduation, Tiffani relocated to Tucson, Arizona, where she gained valuable experience working at Tucson Medical Center. Subsequently, she moved to Norfolk, Virginia, to continue her career in pediatric occupational therapy. Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings, including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, early intervention programs, and school systems, serving children aged 3 months to 21 years old.

In 2021, Tiffani made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom to her two daughters and returned to Winston Salem to be closer to family. In 2023, she welcomed her third child and actively participated in Mom League Newborn Series and continues to participate in playgroups.

When not caring for her family, Tiffani enjoys pursuing her hobbies of reading, crafting, hiking, and spending quality time outdoors with loved ones.

  • Katy Abbott

    PLAYGROUPS AND EVENTS COORDINATOR

The oldest of three children, Katy grew up in neighboring Greensboro, NC. She graduated from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC in 2010.  While there, she studied English Literature, Theatre, and Music.

Post graduation, Katy bounced around from job to job until she eventually found one of her true callings: baking. She worked at Maxie B’s, Willow’s Bistro, and has been a constant fixture in the kitchen at Louie and Honey’s since 2019.

In 2018, Katy gave birth to her son, Walker, and that was when she found her next calling - being a mom. Katy gave birth to a daughter, Nell, in 2020 and to another son, Mills, in 2023.

The births of her children brought forth an emotion that could not be ignored: empathy for all mothers. After experiencing postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression with her first two births, Katy found great comfort and encouragement from the community of moms around her. Because of this, she is passionate about the mission of Mom League—moms supporting moms—and is so grateful to be a part of the team.

Katy lives in Winston-Salem with her husband, James, their three children, and their Goldendoodle, Buddy.

  • Brooke Sager

    PLAYGROUP INSTRUCTOR

Brooklyn (Brooke) grew up in the Metro Detroit area before she moved to North Carolina after completing her bachelor's degree in elementary education at Oakland University. She worked as an elementary school teacher and middle school teacher before having her son, Atlas, in 2022 and becoming a stay at home mom. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling at Wake Forest University.

During her time as a stay at home mom with all of her support states away, she was motivated to build a community of moms seeking the same sense of community she was missing. She began organizing and attending events in the Winston-Salem area geared towards moms and the involvement drastically improved her mental health. After obtaining her masters degree in August 2026, she hopes to continue to provide mental health support to children, parents, and families.

In her free time, Brooke enjoys reading, working out, binge watching terrible reality TV shows, and spending time with her family, friends, and son.
