Kendra Ripp
GREENVILLE CITY LEAD + OWNER
Kendra's story began in New Jersey, where she was born and raised. Her love for caring for others led her to Georgetown University to study Nursing and Population Health. After graduating in 2013, she spent two years as a nurse in DC, which eventually led her to a leadership role helping to launch a cardiology clinic.
The next chapter of her life began in 2015 when she and her husband, Jake, moved to Missouri for his medical training. While there, Kendra pursued her graduate studies at the University of Minnesota, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Innovation and Leadership. This pivotal moment launched her career from working at the bedside to taking on new challenges in healthcare leadership. Since 2021, she’s worked as a clinical executive for a healthcare company.
The most important chapter of all began in 2022 when Jake's training brought them to Winston-Salem. It was here they welcomed their sweet baby girl, Lena, in the fall of 2024. During this time, Kendra participated in Mom League's Newborn Series, which had an incredible impact on her postpartum journey. The community and support she found there completely changed her experience. It’s because of that incredible village that she is so passionate about bringing Mom League to Greenville, where her family moved in the summer of 2025. She truly can’t wait for it to positively impact so many moms and their families, just as it did for hers.
