The Reverie & Payment Information:

The Reverie owned by Mom League, LLC offers 1,850 square feet of space with occupancy for 49 people. All information listed below are subject to change. 

  • A signed contract and full payment of event rental fees are due on the day of booking.

  • If payment is not received within 24-hours of booking, Mom League, LLC/The Reverie reserves the right to cancel the reservation. 

  • All payments must be made via credit card and the Renter must provide Mom League, LLC/The Reverie credit card information to be kept on file at time of booking. 

  • For Saturday Event Inquiries: The Reverie is available for booking beginning at 1p.m. due to Mom League Playgroups that are hosted in the morning.

Inside The Reverie: 

  • No Shoes Policy: 

    • Children’s/Family Events: All guests are required to remove their shoes during the entirety of the event while inside the building. Children are HIGHLY encouraged to wear grip socks or bare feet when playing due to the nature of The Reverie’s slippery floors. It is the Renter’s responsibility to communicate this policy to their guests. 

    • Adults Events: Guests are welcome to wear shoes during the event.

  • Nut-Free Facility: 

    • The Reverie is a nut-free facility. No nut products of any kind are permitted inside the venue.

  • For Your Convenience: 

    • Retail countertop for food, beverages, gifts and decorations

    • Double water fountain with hands-free water bottle filling station 

    • Changing Table 

    • Diaper Ubbi 

    • Craft Table

Rental Rates: 

Rental rates are charged hourly with a 3-hour minimum. Time needed for setup or teardown will need to be incorporated into the hourly booking time frame and will be subject to the hourly rental rate. Event lengths will be flexible and handled case by case. The Reverie has a professional cleaning service fee that will be included in your pricing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy:

  • Cancellations: If Renter cancels their booked event 45 or more days prior to the event date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued to the Renter if booking is canceled under 45 days prior to the event.

  • Rescheduling An Event: If Renter chooses to reschedule their event, a booking credit will be issued. Reschedule date must be within 60-days of the original scheduled event or no refund will be issued. One transfer/event date change allowed per booking. If circumstances beyond control of The Reverie force us to cancel the reservation, a full refund will be issued to the card on file.

Seating & Table Accommodations: 

The Reverie offers a table & seating options as outlined below:

  • Chairs: 10 Adult white folding chairs, 17 Toddler-sized chairs

  • Tables: 3 Toddler-friendly tables (60”L, 29”W, 19”H) 

We understand you may need additional seating to accommodate your guests. Due to limitations on storage, we are only able to offer the chairs and tables noted above so we welcome you to bring your own or contact one of our preferred vendors to supply additional accommodations you may need for your event.

Food & Beverage:

At The Reverie, the safety of our hosts and their guests is our top priority. As such, we have partnered with Ginger Fox Beverage to provide exclusive bartending and alcohol service for our event space. If you are planning to serve alcoholic beverages at your event, you will be required to contract Ginger Fox to provide safe and legal service.

Ginger Fox’s team is fully insured to serve alcohol in NC and experienced in offering a variety of bartending services - from simple wine and beer service to specialty cocktails to bespoke cocktail experiences and classes, Ginger Fox can make it happen. You are welcome to bring in your own caterers for food. Please see our Trusted + Preferred Vendors list for recommendations.

Child-Friendly Events:

  •  Add-Ons: Renter has the option to choose additional child-friendly equipment at no additional charge for children’s parties ages 5 and under. Equipment selections must be made at time of booking. Renter is responsible for informing guests to take off shoes and wear grip-socks or bare feet when using equipment. See items available HERE

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times when utilizing equipment during events.
